After corona, the company was in a growth mode, this not without its growth pains and bumps in the road. The search for USPs and story brought us to Kate.
The search for the ambitions of my life/business partner Nina and myself was a start for the first workshop. ‘What do I want’ and ‘who are we’? Kate’s focused questioning through deep, one-on-one conversations formed the basis of a foundation for our strategy & vision for the future.
Challenging and moderating communication between stakeholders within the company provided lines and frameworks for the future. Working with Kate placed guide points and flags on our timeline providing clarity on the future. Determining what does and does not fit into our business strategy. Making everything future proof and delineating. Sometimes making the simple choices negotiable and learning to listen to partners. All this helped me a lot through the workshops. Learning to test opportunities against strategy creates clarity!
