La Watch Party has emerged as one of the most talked-about events during Paris Fashion Week October 2025, transforming the traditionally exclusive world of fashion into a vibrant, inclusive celebration for everyone. Spearheaded by French content creator and influencer Lyas (Elias Medini), this free, community-focused event has redefined how fashion enthusiasts experience the runway, making it accessible to thousands who would otherwise be locked out of the front row.​

The Rise of La Watch Party

La Watch Party began as a spontaneous livestream of the Dior Men’s Spring/Summer 2026 show in a Paris bar, quickly drawing hundreds of fashion lovers and going viral with over 1.8 million views on Instagram. Lyas’s vision was simple: to create a space where passion for fashion could be shared without the barriers of invitation lists or exclusivity. The concept’s success led to official sponsorships from major brands like MAC Cosmetics, Meta, Whoopsee, and Vestiaire Collective, and expanded to London and Milan before culminating in Paris.​

The Paris Experience

From September 29 to October 6, 2025, La Caserne in Paris’s 10th arrondissement became the epicenter of this fashion revolution. The event hosted up to two livestreamed shows per day, with audiences of around 1,000 people per screening, featuring major houses like Saint Laurent, Chanel, Dior, Balenciaga, Loewe, and Valentino. The atmosphere was festive, with interactive games, on-site merchandise, a lipstick installation by MAC, and prizes from Vestiaire Collective, turning each show into a hybrid festival and fashion experience.

La Watch Party’s success signals a cultural shift in the fashion industry, where brands are beginning to embrace the idea of transforming runway shows into social rituals. By opening the doors to the masses, events like La Watch Party deepen emotional connections, foster loyalty, and build communities around fashion. As Lyas himself stated, “I want to create a special experience that feels respectful to the audience. Not another PR moment for brands, rather a moment for people with a real passion”.​ La Watch Party at Paris Fashion Week 2025 is more than just a trend—it’s a movement. By making fashion accessible, inclusive, and fun, it’s redefining what it means to be part of the fashion world. As the event concludes its grand finale in Paris, it leaves behind a legacy of community, connection, and a more open future for fashion.
