Our Wild Rose Vinegar is a radical spin on a classic vinegar that takes advantage of this potent local ingredient. We forage the petals of rosa rugosa in the height of summer by hand and blend them at incredibly high densities to create a unique, floral vinegar with the same vibrant pink hue as the petals themselves. A true taste of Danish summer. Due to the short season and hand-foraged process, this product will be extremely limited!
