More and more small & big corporations realise that sponsoring a good cause in order to show they care about the environment is just a gesture to ease their mind and has nothing to do with taking part of the responsibility for our planet. Making it count and have real impact is the way to go, and it’s encouraging to see the awareness growing day by day.
One of the companies who engaged in the green impact conversation is Mercedes-Benz. They launched recently, in collaboration with their agency Publicis Emil global and Publicis Emil Benelux, an award winning global campaign about renewable electricity communicating a strong ànd very ambitious promise on their sustainable production goal. The idea is to power the Mercedes-Benz production plants worldwide with a patchwork of green energy sources like wind, sun and water and to make a sort of alliance with these natural sources in order not to fight against them, but with them. To symbolise this green engagement for 2022(!!) , they linked their brand’s famous logo sign with the image of a windmill, icon of the green energy mouvement. The name of the campaign? Millboard. Like it guys!
